See beautiful Sanfranbolu and ancient Iznik before heading to Cappadocia Pamukkale and Ephesus then Troy and Gallipoli. It's all fantastic!

Start in Istanbul with all it’s layers of history before travelling to Iznik and Safranbolu. This beautiful World Heritage small town with it’s Ottoman buildings and small bazaars will charm you before leaving for Turkeys Capital Ankara. Cappadocia follows with it’s rock hewn Churches and cave homes and a chance to take a balloon flight. Travel via Konya to Pamukkale and Hieropolis and on to ancient city of Ephesus. Finally Troy and Pergamum before visiting the Gallipoli battlefields. A final day in Istanbul to enjoy some free time before your departure.

Day by Day Itinerary

DAY 1 - Arrival in Istanbul

Transfer to your hotel. Dinner in local restaurant. Evening in Istanbul.

DAY 2 - Istanbul Old City Tour

Visit ;Hagia Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque, Byzantine Hippodrome with its Obelisks, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. Dinner at famous lively Kumkapi Fish area with gypsy music. Evening in Istanbul.

DAY 3 - Bosphorus Cruise Tour

Free morning and afternoon private cruise tour on the amazing Bosphorus. Evening in Istanbul.

DAY 4 - Iznik & Safranbolu

Depart Istanbul to drive to Iznik with its ancient roman walls. Iznik is known for its tiles and the early Christian synods. After lunch on to World Heritage listed Safranbolu. Evening in Safranbolu.

DAY 5 - Ankara

Morning tour of Safranbolu, with its well preserved Ottoman buildings, many mosques, ancient hamams and market. Saffron is stil grown nearby. Afternoon travel to the capital of Turkey, Ankara. Evening in Ankara.

DAY 6 - Cappadocia

This morning we visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk and then the brillant Anatolian Museum before heading to Cappadocia. Evening in Goreme.

DAY 7 - South Cappadocia Tour

Visit Derinkuyu Underground City, Ihlara Valley, lunch break in Belisirma Village by the river. After lunch visit Selime, panoramic viewing point and then Agzikarahan, a 13th Century Seljuk Karavansaray on the silk road. Evening Folk Dance Dinner Show. Evening in Goreme.

DAY 8 - North Cappadocia Tour

Visit Devrent Valley and Pasabaglari Fairy Chimneys, Avanos, Uchisar Castle, Pigeon Valley and Esentepe for a panoramic view of Goreme Valley. Finally Goreme Open Air Museum. Dinner in an authentic Anatolian Restaurant. Evening in Goreme.

DAY 9 - Pamukkale via Konya

Early start for drive to Pamukkale, stopping en route at Konya and visit Mevlana Museum than drive through lake district of Isparta. Evening in Pamukkale.

DAY 10 - Pamukkale Tour/Travel to Ephesus

Visit the ancient city of Hierapolis with its Temple of Apollo, the Theatre, Necropolis and baths of Hierapolis Antique City. Finally visit the calcium terraces and pools.Depart for Ephesus. Evening in Selcuk.

DAY 11 - Ephesus Ancient City Tour

Visit to the House of Virgin Mary, the City of Ephesus, Temple of Artemis and Ephesus Museum. Afternoon visit Greek Village of Sirince. Evening in Selcuk.

DAY 12 - Canakkale via Pergamon

Depart Ephesus for Canakkale. En route visit the ancient city of Pergamon. Explore Athena and Trojan Temples, Temples of Zeus and Dionysos, Gymnasium of Youth, Odeon, Library, Agora, Great Theatre, Roman Bath and view Asclepion. Dinner in a horbourside restaurant in Canakkale. Evening in Canakkale.

DAY 13 - Troy & Gallipoli Tour/Travel to Istanbul

Visit the ancient ruins of Troy,one of the world's most important archaelogical sites then we cross the Dardanelles for lunch before beginning our visit to Gallipoli Battlefields. Visit Anzac Cove, original tunnels and trenches at Johnston Jolly, The Nek Cemetery, Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial, Lone Pine Australian Memorial and Brighton Beach. Depart for Istanbul. Evening in Istanbul.

DAY 14 - Free Day in Istanbul

Free day in Istanbul before our farewell dinner. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 15 - Departure

Breakfast,check-out and transfer to International Airport for departure.

Upon booking a non refundable deposit of 20% is required and balance of final payment one month prior to arrival in Istanbul by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellation after booking received – retention of 20% non refundable deposit.
*After one month prior to arrival we reserve the right for a further charge of 20% of cost of tour.
