The first thing that will see on your arrival into Istanbul is the Old Walls dating from the 2nd and 3rd centuries. Preparing you for all the Ottoman and Byzantium sites you will see on your private tour next day. Fly off to Ephesus to see the best known ruins in Turkey! Pamukkale follows with its travertine pools and the ruins of Heiropolis adjoining. Fly on to Cappadocia to see the stunning landscapes and rock hewn churches and underground cities of 8th Century Christianity before returning to Istanbul. This tour fits it all into a neat 8 day package.

Day by Day Itinerary

DAY 1 - Arrive in Istanbul

Transfer to your hotel. Evening in Istanbul.

DAY 2 - Private Istanbul Old City Tour

Visit;Hagia Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque, Byzantine Hippodrome with its Obelisks, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. Evening in Istanbul.

DAY 3 - Flight to Izmir/Ephesus Ancient City Tour

Check out and transfer to airport. Flight to Izmir. Transfer to Ephesus to join the Ephesus day trip. Visit to the House of Virgin Mary, the City of Ephesus, Temple of Artemis and Ephesus Museum. Evening in Selcuk.

DAY 4 - Pamukkale,Hierapolis Tour

Drive to Pamukkale. Visit the ancient city of Hierapolis with its Temple of Apollo,the Theatre, Necropolis and baths of Hierapolis Antique City. Finally visit the calcium terraces and pools. Evening in Selcuk.

DAY 5 - Flight to Cappadocia

Transfer to Izmir Airport for your flight to Cappadocia. On arrival in Kayseri transfer from airport to your cave hotel. Evening in Goreme.

DAY 6 - South Cappadocia Tour

Visit Derinkuyu Underground City, Ihlara Valley, lunch break in Belisirma Village by the river. After lunch visit Selime, panoramic viewing point and then Agzikarahan, a 13th Century Seljuk Karavansaray on the silk road. Evening in Goreme.

DAY 7 - North Cappadocia Tour/Flight To Istanbul

Visit Devrent Valley and Pasabaglari Fairy Chimneys, Avanos, Uchisar Castle, Pigeon Valley and Esentepe for a panoramic view of Goreme Valley. Finally Goreme Open Air Museum. After your tour transfer to airport for flight to Istanbul.Upon your arrival at Istanbul Airport transfer to your hotel. Evening in Istanbul.

DAY 8 - Istanbul/ Departure

Breakfast, check-out and transfer to airport for departure.
